Anish Patel
Chief Operating Officer
Anish is accountable for the day to day operations, set goals and establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Anish has held several senior leadership roles in both startups and global corporate entities such as Microsoft.
Shelley Copsey
CEO & Director
Shelley leads FYLD, ensuring that the promise of safe, efficient field operations are delivered upon for our customers and users and that the FYLD team love coming to work each day.
Diego De La Sotta
Chief Commercial Officer
As CCO, Diego is focused on supercharging FYLD’s growth strategy across the UK, North America, Latin America, and Australia. With two decades of technology experience in sales and marketing, he will drive customer acquisition, enabling more businesses to leverage FYLD’s benefits of enhanced safety, productivity, and efficiency.
Karl Simons OBE
Chief Futurist
Karl has over 30 years of experience in numerous safety-critical industries including oil, gas, minerals, rail, roads, construction and utilities. In 2020 he was awarded an OBE for Services to Mental Health Policy.
Dr Marcus Richards
Board Chair
Marcus is Chairman of FYLD, an Executive Advisor to BCG’s Energy Practise, and held CEO, Director & NED roles in the energy sector. He has 12 years of experience in investment funding and financial services start-ups.
Bryan Marcovici
Director
Bryan is Managing Director & Managing Partner at Koru, the investment vehicle funded by Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan. He comes from a background in building, investing in and scaling disruptive startups.
Victor Scheibehenne
Director
Victor works at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and has a global role focusing on asset management across the Infrastructure and Natural Resources portfolio. Victor brings an international perspective to the board of FYLD as well as experience across multiple industries.
Dr Fang Chen
Advisor
Fang has vast experience in many industry segments and governments in leading digital transformation, especially using AI/data science to harness the power of data, provide evidence-based decisions and automation.
Ajay Chowdhury
Advisor
Ajay leads BCG Digital Ventures for Western Europe and South America. He has over 25 years of startup and venture experience helping clients build disruptive new digital businesses.
Vinay Shandal
Advisor
Vinay was part of the founding team for Koru, leading the Canadian Principal Investors business. As a Partner and Managing Director at BCG he also leader in their global sustainability and ESG business.
Joshua Wood
Director – Water Sector
Joshua strives to accelerate FYLD’s global growth plans in the water sector, bringing FYLD’s AI technology to the forefront of the utilities industry transformation. Joshua has a decade of water operations management experience.
Scott Broadley
Director – Strategic Projects
Scott is focused on delivering value to our customers via internal projects and product development as well as partnerships with customers and other third parties. Scott’s played an influential role in FYLD’s Americas expansion and FYLD’s launch in the heavy civil industry. Scott has a background in electronics engineering, operations and product development.
Danielle Ullner
Director
Danielle is Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, and is the global lead for its Energy practice. Strategically placed to advise FYLD on its growth journey, Danielle has 20 years’ experience as an advisor, investor, and operator in the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
Daniel Meszaros
Director – Engineer
Daniel has a passion for delivering exceptional value to FYLD’s customers. Daniel’s primary focus is on maintaining the highest technical standards at FYLD, prioritising reliability, availability, and user experience. Daniel comes from a diverse background of corporate and start-up environments.
Marcus Hunt
Director
Marcus is Business Development Director at SGN. As a strategic project and operations manager with deep international industry experience in utilities, Marcus brings invaluable insight to FYLD’s board to help drive growth in this space.
