About the role

We are currently seeking a driven Project and Product Manager to join our UK team. You will be pivotal in leading a strategic project for FYLD, working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry experts.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Project / Product manager for a strategic project for FYLD, working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry experts
  • Develop comprehensive and well-structured project plans for initiatives, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and action points
  • Track project progress and manage timelines, collaborating with internal teams and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Line manage the delivery team, performance managing a technical team to deliver OKRs, escalating into business leadership as and when required
  • Become an expert on our product, gaining a deep understanding of its technical aspects and functionality
  • Deliver relevant and well-timed training sessions to end users, enabling them to confidently utilise the product and new features developed as part of the project
  • Own the execution of projects, handling queries, providing formal updates, and resolving issues and escalations
  • Establish and optimise project processes and workflows, ensuring a streamlined and consistent approach across teams
  • Work closely with the product team, providing valuable insights and feedback on customer needs and experiences to drive product improvements

Requirements for this role:

  • Project management: you will have experience in managing SaaS implementation/onboarding projects for customers from end-to-end
  • You have experience working with large, Enterprise clients
  • Line manager experience
  • The motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You will be having direct contact with our customers on a daily basis, including delivering training sessions
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to align different teams within the project plan and drive accountability over milestones to support the successful delivery
  • A problem solver: able to tackle and take ownership of issues and challenges as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Tech savvy– able to confidently to quickly pick up new systems and technology – some knowledge of Hubspot would be helpful
  • Basic understanding of information security and how to apply it to sensitive information and customer data
