The role

We are looking for a Product Director who is craving a career-defining experience. This role means you’ll be accountable for taking our product to the next level by focusing on market demands and using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to propel our product forward. At FYLD, we have a Product Health Dashboard, well-known internal platform terminology, and endless opportunities to iterate the product, in order for us to generate ROI to identify FYLD and customer profit and loss. To measure ROI, we use metrics such as adoption, engagement and CSAT.

Your responsibilities

Manage a team of high performers working across product management, product intelligence, product design and data science at multiple levels of career stages (from Junior to Lead, two levels of management)
Have the ability to create focus in a remote-first company, ruthlessly prioritise, manage cross functional teams and scale the team up and down using FTE and non-FTE budget management
Flourish creatively by optimising our product discovery and delivery process in line with an OKR-driven means across team and product development, product marketing and branding with thought leadership in strategic product management
Move fast with stable infrastructure including CSAT, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 and collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering
Work closely with sales, commercial, growth and engineering Directors to form the FYLD Leadership team

Your knowledge, experience, and skills

You are proven as a data-driven Product Director or Leader from multiple years serving as both an individual, and coach-style line manager, with results based with a strong track record of delivering proven customer outcomes with AI applications
You have the ability to learn quickly – we are a scale up operating globally with a team goal of being happy and high performing!
You likely read The Feature Trap and Lean Product Playbook
You add value to a leadership team consisting of sales, Growth, Engineering, Commercial Leads to represent the Product
You have worked in a B2B environment (desired)
You have a clear understanding of the primary role as a coach to a team, and how that differs from managing products directly or outside of the context of a scale-up – the product is our big mac!
You owning the product, are accountable, and competent in developing a vision for the product and the team – we have Product Managers, Product Intelligence Managers, Product Design and Data Scientists – all at multiple levels
