Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

We are FYLD Limited (referred to as “FYLD”, “we”, “us” and “our”). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 12481168, and our registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW. Our VAT registration number is 346104720.

These are the terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) for our referral program, which offers you the opportunity to earn rewards by referring customers to try our service (“FYLD Referral Program”). By participating in the FYLD Referral Program, you agree to these Terms which incorporate our Site Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.fyld.ai/terms-and-conditions/

2. How the Referral Program Works

To participate, visit https://www.fyld.ai/referral-programme/. You’ll need to enter the details of the customer you are referring to us (the “Referred Customer”). FYLD reserves the right to review every Referral, and accept or reject any Referral made by you. If FYLD accepts the Referral you will receive a referral fee as follows::

Stage	Referral Fee
Referred Customer secures a paid Proof of Value with FYLD.	Choose one of: (i) USD$1000/£1000 Amazon Voucher (ii) Discount the fee against the Referred Customer’s next payment to FYLD (if Referred Customer is your employer) (iii) Donation of USD$1000/£1000 donation to a registered charity

All references to USD$ will apply if the Referred Customer is based in the US, and all references to GBP£ will apply otherwise. The maximum Referral Fee that FYLD will pay to you in any 12-month period is either USD$3000 or £3000. Payments will be made in the form and to the accounts agreed in writing with you.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you:

Have the permission of the Referred Customer to refer them and provide their details;
Will ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete;
Will not use the Referral Program to violate the intellectual property rights of FYLD;
Will not engage in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the Referral Program or our services; and
Will not engage in actions that call into question the reputation of FYLD, in our sole discretion.

4. Changes to the Referral Program

From time to time, we may make changes to the Referral Program, including to change the Referral Fee moving forwards. You should check these Terms each time you make a new referral to make sure you familiarise yourself with any changes. We reserve the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

5. General

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you: for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraudulent misrepresentation; for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded. Subject to the above, in no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or other similar losses, and any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately.

These Terms shall be governed by English law. You agree that any dispute between you and us regarding these Terms or the Referral Program will only be dealt with by the English courts.
